We created this Sauvignon Blanc from fruit grown in Anderson Valley, which has cool coastal temperatures throughout the year. These grapes were picked early to ensure that we could capture their bright tropical notes. We then aged the wine in oak for 9 months, and stirred the lees for body, which results in this wine’s luscious mouthfeel. We recommend sipping this wine on a warm summer evening with a plate of fresh pineapple, guava, or passion fruit.
